FAQs

Which radio automation and playout systems does Audio.co work with?

You can use pretty much any modern playout automation software with Audio.co. Your newscasts can be fetched periodically from a download link, Dropbox or FTP.

Playing newscasts directly from Audio.co's download URL is not supported, so you will need some means of fetching newscasts as they are generated. This is a basic feature of most playout systems.

How many forecasts can I create?

There's no limit to how many news, weather and traffic updates you can create with Audio.co. You'll soon get a feel for how many newscasts can be generated and how often, without maxing out your audio generation quota.

Can Audio.co produce a forecast for my area?

Yes. It gets meteorological information from WeatherAPI, which doesn't just search by your nearest town or city. You can provide specific postal/ZIP codes or even latitude and longitude coordinates.

Which languages are supported?

Audio.co can currently produce newscasts in 28 languages.
