How it works

Simply provide a source for your newscast, create an AI model that scripts stories in a way that matches your station style, and each time new stories are published, your newscast will be updated in time for the next broadcast.

There's no limit to how many newscasts you can create. Experiment with different voices and scripting models until your AI newscasts sound just right.

    Provide a few examples of stories from your preferred source and how you would re-write them in your station style, and the AI will follow your lead.

  • Pick your sources.
    Import stories from a website or RSS feed, or write your own. They can be rewritten with AI and incorporated into your newscasts.

    Choose one of our high-quality AI voices or create a virtual clone of one of your anchors to host your AI-assisted newscasts.

  • Customize newscasts for your station.
    Upload your station's audio branding and teach the AI to pronounce local names and places so it complements the rest of your station's on-air sound.

Pricing is based on the duration time of all AI generated audio.

Each plan comes with minutes included. Usage-based billing is optional and available for all plans.

FAQs

Which radio automation and playout systems does Audio.co work with?

You can use pretty much any modern playout automation software with Audio.co. Your newscasts can be fetched periodically from a download link, Dropbox or FTP.

Playing newscasts directly from Audio.co's download URL is not supported, so you will need some means of fetching newscasts as they are generated. This is a basic feature of most playout systems.

Can I use my newscast on multiple stations?

Of course. There's no extra charge per station.

Audio.co can currently produce newscasts in 28 languages.

How is audio usage calculated?

Audio.co tries to conserve your monthly quota as much as possible, with audio of any previously generated sentences or stories re-used where it can.

Seconds are deducted from your available audio quota as your scripts are passed to our audio generation partner, Elevenlabs, to be voiced up.

At the end of each billing period, your available seconds will reset to the amount included with your plan.

What happens if I use up my available seconds?

Unless you opt-in to usage-based billing, once you run out of available seconds, you will not be able to generate any more AI audio.

Stations can enable usage-based billing, allowing you to pay as you go with additional charges for audio generated beyond what is included with your plan.
